Petrobras acquired two platforms from chinese shipyards. RBNA Consult carried out the entire process of construction diligence for both platforms in order to identify and analyze the causes and effects of the construction delay. Also, it was studied the physical-financial monitoring methodology executed by the construction yard, aimed at verifying the accuracy of the promised delivery date and its guarantees. The status os the main equipment were analyzed, such as the S Curve. The reasons for the delay, the mitigating plan, the critical paths and alternative schedules were indicated by RBNA Consult.
